Part Time Procurement Administrator

Part Time Procurement Administrator (9 month maternity cover) – Worksop / Hybrid – £22,750 (Pro rata)

Chase & Holland are proud to be working with a global market leading business based in Worksop who are looking for a Part Time Procurement Administrator to support their team on a 9 month maternity cover contract.
This role will be office based Tuesday and Wednesday and then half a day in the morning working from home on a day of your choosing.

Part Time Procurement Administrator Responsibilities:
  • Processing new supplier requests in accordance with each business unit’s requirements
  • Reviewing and approving supplier questionnaires in accordance with the compliance of our suppliers
  • Responding to general queries via email and telephone, ranging from internal and external queries
  • Scrutinize allocated suppliers to identify cost saving opportunities
  • Reviewing purchase orders raised by the business to ensure compliance

Hours of work – Tuesday & Wednesday (8:30am–5pm) and then one morning 8:30am–12pm of your choosing. 20 hours total per week.

Key Requirements and Preferences:
  • Worked within a Purchasing environment
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • SAP/Ariba and Oracle (nice to have)
  • Good attention to detail
  • Can work to targets in a fast-paced environment
