Lettings Advisor - Part time 22.5 hours

As a Lettings Advisor at Together Housing, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their rehousing requirements and providing housing options advice. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance and guidance in finding suitable housing options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice and support to customers on a range of housing options, including signposting to external agencies as necessary
  • Handle enquiries regarding available properties, registering and updating applications
  • Advertise void properties and administer the Common Housing Register platform
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of rehousing applications
  • Deliver excellent customer service in handling lettings enquiries and providing housing options advice
  • Collaborate with Neighbourhood and Supported Housing Teams
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the Association's lettings policies and procedures, and confidently handle a wide range of queries and issues
  • Manage own workload efficiently, prioritizing customers' needs

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in Housing Management and/or Property Lettings Industry
  • Proven track record in customer service, preferably in a face-to-face or telephone environment
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues
  • Self-motivated and resilient
