Part time Receptionist (Afternoons Monday to Friday)

The role will is part-time and the hours can be 1.30 or 2pm to 5pm, working Monday through to Friday.

Working at this established and busy business centre, providing a welcoming and professional reception service to clients in this serviced office space. You will work alongside the Centre Manager to assist, support and help manage clients and visitors to the office, with general administration tasks.

Reliability is essential and it is imperative that candidates are fully committed.

General duties include:

  • Meeting and greeting all clients and visitors to the building
  • Provide high levels of customer service
  • Manage post and courier services
  • Meeting room management
  • Making sure the reception area is tidy
  • Assist clients with enquiries
  • General administration support

Ideal candidates may have Reception or Front of House experience that may come from an office, Leisure or a hospitality setting, where you would be dealing with clients on a daily basis.
