Position Overview: We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team in a permanent position within a nurturing nursery setting in Farnborough, Hampshire. As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to young children, fostering their development in a safe and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing and delivering a diverse range of activities and experiences to support children's learning and development at our Farnborough-based nursery.
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive nursery environment in Farnborough, Hampshire.
• Observing and assessing children's progress, and maintaining accurate records of their development within our Farnborough setting.
• Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care at all times in our Farnborough nursery.
• Collaborating with colleagues and management to contribute to the continuous improvement of nursery practices and procedures at our Farnborough location.

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working in a nursery setting, preferably as a Level 3 Practitioner in Farnborough, Hampshire.
• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic development in Farnborough.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the Farnborough community.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to childcare, with a commitment to providing the highest standards of care and education at our Farnborough-based nursery.
