Female Support Worker

Pay rate: £12.50   (Weekly Pay)

Shift Pattern:   
1x 24 hour or 2x 12 hour shifts

8pm - 8 pm
8am - 8 am

8am - 8pm
8pm - 8am
 
Location:  Alton

Unfortunately we cannot provide VISA sponsorshipand we do not hire on a relocation basis, you must currently be based within a commutable distance of Alton.

Due to some of the tasks and personal care included within this role, this job is open to female applicants only.

This is a permanent role.

Requirements: 

• Experience with brain injuries would be beneficial but not essential.
• Worked as a carer previously in the UK (Preferably atleast 3 months experience)
• UK drivers license MANDATORY to be considered for this role as you may potentially be required to drive the client's van.

This role will be supporting a lovely gentleman who suffered a brain injury following a road traffic incident.
He is paralysed from the chest down and suffers with some learning/mental health difficulties.

Key Responsibilities

EssentialRequirements:

• Experience in a UK Care environment
• Live a commutable distance to Alton
• Hold a Full UK Drivers license (Mandatory)

You’ll need to:

• Be compassionate
• Be a team player
• Be confident
• Able to do personal care, assist with preparing meals and administer medication if needed.
• Have at least 3 months experience in care
