Part-time Accounts Manager

A fantastic opportunity to join a newly created role within a growing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of duties including:

  • Overseeing part-time Bookkeepers, answering queries and assisting where needed
  • Undertaking day to day bookkeeping duties as needed
  • Banking / bank reconciliations
  • Monthly management accounts
  • VAT returns
  • Generating financial reports
  • Assisting the Finance Director with preparation for year end
  • Assisting with streamlining accountancy processes
  • Managing the implementation of Xero software

The company are ideally looking for someone to work circa 4 days a week, however they could be flexible and consider candidates looking between 25-32 hours per week, so please do apply if 4 days doesn't quite work for you. Previous Xero experience would be highly beneficial for this role.
