My client is seeking an efficient and professional part time Receptionist to join their team on a permanent part time basis.
Working hours
Wednesday - 12noon to 5.30pm
Thursday - 8.30am to 5.30pm
Friday - 8.30am to 5.00pm
The role will be a mixture of reception and administration support
First point of contact for all clients and visitors
Answer all incoming calls and direct as appropriate
Receive deliveries
Booking of taxis when required
Booking meetings and managing diaries as requested
Support, coordinate and manage all travel bookings
Raising purchase orders in SAP as and when requested. Obtaining relevant approvals where required. Work closely with the Finance team in relation to checking and approving relevant invoices
To support corporate events internally, arranging refreshments and assisting with any catering needs as and when required
