Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring a Commercial Property Legal Secretary. Our client is a full-service law firm with a team of specialists in their commercial property sector. They offer a fast-paced, welcoming environment with a competitive salary.

Key duties include:

• Secretarial duties including audio typing and copy typing
• Word processing
• Obtaining searches
• Filing documents and handling the completion of legal forms
• Diary management
• Liaising with the internal team and clients
• Handling enquiries requested by clients

The ideal candidate:

• Excellent keyboard and IT skills
• Experience in a previous legal secretarial role
• Experience and knowledge of commercial property law
• Great organisational skills
• Interpersonal skills for client relationship management
• Full UK Driving licence(due to location)
