We are seeking a talented Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team in Bracknell on a part-time basis. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence, driving customer engagement, and fostering long-lasting client relationships.

**Responsibilities:**

- **Promote & Engage:** Showcase our products and services at events, engaging with potential clients to amplify brand visibility.

- **Creative Coordination:** Collaborate on the design and distribution of promotional materials across various online and offline platforms.

- **Multichannel Advertising:** Execute advertising campaigns across diverse media channels to maximize brand exposure.

- **Media Relations:** Plan and manage interviews, press conferences, and media interactions to elevate brand awareness.

- **Compelling Content:** Craft captivating marketing copy for our website and newsletters to keep our audience informed and engaged.

- **Analytics & Insights:** Utilize tools like Google Analytics to track campaign performance and ensure optimal ROI.

- **Social Media Savvy:** Manage our social media presence, actively engaging with audiences and addressing queries in a timely manner.

- **Networking & Relationship Building:** Connect with industry experts and potential clients to expand our network and drive brand recognition.

- **Feedback Loop:** Gather valuable customer insights to inform product development and sales strategies.

**Requirements:**

- **Proven Experience:** Demonstrated success in marketing communications or similar roles, with a knack for B2B and B2C campaigns.

- **Tech Proficiency:** Familiarity with web content management tools (WordPress), MS Office, HubSpot, Salesforce, SEO, and Google Analytics.

- **Social Media Expertise:** Hands-on experience with crafting and executing marketing campaigns on various social media platforms.

- **Communication Skills:** Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with strong presentation skills.

- **Education:** A degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
