Part time Head of HR - Charity

Our client are looking to appoint a strategic Head of HR. This a part time role and hours (circa 20/25 per week) can be flexible based on the individuals need. This will be a hybrid working opportunity.

Description

Responsibilities for the Head of HR:

  • Lead, motivate and develop the HR team
  • Drive strategic initiatives for workforce planning

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant HR legal requirements

  • Implement policies to promote a positive organisational culture

This is a strategic role and will be supported by an Advisor who looks after the operational HR activites.

Profile

A successful Head of HR should have:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within an HR department

  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies

  • CIPD Level 7 preferred

Job Offer

A salary of £50,000 per anum FTE and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
