Your role will be nothing short of thrilling, encompassing a diverse range of responsibilities:

• Act as the linchpin between tenants, landlords, and contractors to swiftly tackle maintenance issues with finesse.
• Ensure all compliance certificates are valid, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
• Dive into the exciting world of end-of-tenancy negotiations, deposit lodging, and disputes, mastering the art of resolution.
• Navigate through Section notices with ease, demonstrating your prowess in managing legal matters.
• Be the go-to for all general inquiries, showcasing your passion for stellar customer service.
• Arranging property inspections with precision, leaving no stone unturned in upholding our standards.

Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am-6 pm however, flexibility to work outside of these hours when required is key.
