Senior Support Worker

Our team at Glebelands are looking for two experienced Support Workers to jn our team. We have one full time role and one part time role to offer. Within our day opportunity hubs we support our individuals to live the life they choose, champion 'ordinary life' and feel part of their local communities.

About Glebelands

We are a Day Opportunity Hub for adults, who experience a range of conditions which impact on their lives such as Autism, Dementia, Learning Disabilities and Brain Injuries. We provide access to tailored programmes of activities in a comfortable, caring environment.

We have a skilled and experienced team who work towards further developing our community engagement activities. We offer gardening sessions in our garden room and greenhouse are bursting with young plants. Music is a large part of what we do, as well as singing and movement sessions. The hub is filled with music. We explore favourite music and artists.

Salary: £25,119 - £26,421 (part time £21,724- £22,850)

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday (37 hours/ 32 hrs within 8:30 - 5:30pm)

Contract Length: Permanent

Location: Glebelands, Shoreham-by-Sea

To be a Senior Support Worker with us you will be:
