A well-established digital service partner, with a Leeds-based Head Office, are looking for a marketing specialist to join their team! This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to be extended and / or go permanent. Our client will consider full-time and part-time applicants.

You will be working closely with the business helping to develop their quarterly activities programme, showcasing the work they do, promoting their employer brand and excellent culture to increase awareness and engagement. You will have hands-on experience in planning and executing internal and external events and delivering targeted digital campaigns.

About You:

• 2+ years' experience in a recruitment marketing, lead generation or similar role.
• Hands-on experience in event strategy and planning, to on the day management. Able to identify, promote, support and attend relevant events.
• Experienced in running successful and targeted digital campaigns across web and social media.
• Confident communicator and excellent written skills, with experience working with internal and external stakeholders to produce content.
• Proactive with the confidence to suggest new ideas and spot sponsorship opportunities.
• Available for a fixed term contract of 6 months.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Delivering and improving the events strategy by planning and attending key industry events, both internally and externally, suggesting new ideas and sponsorship opportunities.

• Running various digital campaigns across web and social media, targeted to specific groups and showcasing the employee brand and business culture.
• Ensuring company profile is strong and on-brand across all relevant platforms and job boards.
• Creating and assisting with the creation of blogs, case studies and other key content.

Where You'll Be Based:

Your Head Office will be based in Leeds and is commutable from surrounding areas.

If closer, this role can also be based from one of their other offices in Manchester, Birmingham, London or Bristol. You will benefit from hybrid working capabilities, ideally attending the office at least once per week.
