**Job Opportunity: IT Support Field Engineer**

Based in Bromley, Kent – £25k to £35k depending on experience.

Permanent, full-time

Driving licence required – mileage and expenses will be reimbursed.

At Excelcare we have an exciting opportunity to join our IT Department and support over 3100 users and work collaboratively as part of a wider team.

We are continuing growth within the department and wider organisation. You would be joining at a pivotal time, while we embark upon our digital transformation program. The goal is for our Operations, Care, Quality & Central Services systems to work seamlessly together to support all users and ultimately allow us to operate in a highly effective business.

What you can expect:

• Salary: £25 - £35k depending on experience
• Full time role working from Monday - Friday, based at our Support Office in Bromley.
• Hybrid working available. 1 to 2 days remote after successful induction period

Main Responsibilities:

• Installing, maintaining, upgrading, and repairing of IT products such as PCs, Workstations, Printers, Terminals and associated devices
• Undertaking site surveys for VoIP deployment
• Installing the new VoIP handsets, door intercoms, testing\terminating data cables if needed
• Provide full training to the customer and ensuring the customer is fully satisfied with their new system before leaving site
• Troubleshooting broadband connections – BT, leased lines, SoGea, FTTC
• Ensuring all documentation is complete and returned to HQ.

Technical experience Knowledge/Hands on:

• Windows 10/11
• Office 365
• DHCP/DNS
• Group Policy
• Desktop Hardware - PC building - Basic networking protocols
• Printer trouble shooting and installation
• Understanding of Wi-Fi networks setup and operation
• A background in IT\Network installations and support with demonstratable experience
• Experience working with structured (CAT5/6) cabling – patch panels, LAN modules replacement, cable tracing
• Experience in Hosted (VOIP/SIP) telephone solutions such as Splicecom, Yealink would be advantageous
• Working in the environment with Monday.com task management would be advantageous
