Role Summary

Reporting into the MD this is a very hands on and varied role ranging from ledger entries to Board reporting.

Scope of Role Function

• Attendance at weekly operations meetings as finance expert to give view on and participate in discussion and resolution of operational issues.
• Day to day operation of Sales ledger and purchase ledgers.
• Maintenance of and reporting from CRM system
• Identification of cost and process savings opportunities for all areas of the business.
• Frequent review and maintenance of costing calculations.
• Preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Preparation of Annual Budget
• Communication with External advisors, Auditors and Insurers etc.
• Monthly Payroll
