Accounts and Office Administrator

Futures Recruitment Service is excited to announce an opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join a reputable company based in Chichester. This role is part-time, working days are Monday to Wednesday, and offers a fantastic chance to contribute to a dynamic team in the finance department.

Main responsibilities :

  • To manage the creditors and debtors
  • Chase old debts
  • Process invoices and send them out ensuring they are paid on time
  • Manage the bank accounts and get payments ready for processing
  • Producing weekly, monthly, and annual reports for the managers and accountants.
  • Chasing quotations and assisting the fire safety administrator with daily tasks and diary management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in finance and administration roles preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
