Variable Hours

Here at South Thames Colleges Group, we are now looking to appoint a number of Administrative Assistants to provide support across any area that requires additional support. Dealing with enquiries in person and on the telephone, you will carry out typing, data entry, word processing, filing and photocopying and assist with student enrolment as required.

With excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will have good numeracy skills and a keen eye for detail. You will have good organisational and administrative skills and be familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.

You will join a pool of Variable Hours Administrative Assistants who all work on a variable hours contract. We’ll aim to work around you; your flexible working pattern can be discussed at interview.

We have vacancies at all College Group sites (Kingston College, Carshalton College, Merton College and South Thames Colleges) and the role will be based on site.
