Waddington Brown are seeking an enthusiastic HR Advisor to join our client’s team in a hybrid role, offering a competitive salary of £30,000 pro rata.

As an HR Advisor, you'll be instrumental in providing HR support and guidance for a varied client base. Reporting to the HR Manager, and working within a small team, your responsibilities will span various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR projects.

• You’ll be providing HR advice and support to managers and employees.

What we need from you:

• Previous experience of working as a HR generalist or HR Advisor.
• Ideally you will have CIPD accreditation.
• A strong understanding of UK employment law and its practical application.
• A professional, generalist HR background.
• A "resilient" and "can do", client service approach.
• Excellent communication skills are essential, together with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels and build credibility quickly.

This role offers a hybrid work model, requiring 20 hours per week, with one day in-office weekly and occasional regional travel. Alongside a competitive salary, benefits include pro rata holiday entitlement, and pension scheme.
