A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work as an Internal Account Executive on a part-time basis, Monday to Friday working hours are 9.30/10am start until 2.30pm.
The Part-Time Internal Account Executive will be required to undertake the following daily tasks:
Part of the commercial and customer service team, working within the sales and service hub of our client’s Tamworth office;
Customer Service, you will be answering inbound calls;
Preparation of proposals and quotations;
General office administration to support a team of external sales engineers;
Internal liaison between different departments;
Management of the customer database;
You will be required to use MS Office applications and a CRM system
The successful candidate for the Part-Time Internal Account Executive role will have the following skillset:
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner;
Delivery of excellent customer service;
Helping support the departments sales revenues;
Previous experience in working closely with internal colleagues
