Executive Assistant/Office Administrator part-time

Grafton Banks Finance are actively supporting a local Accountancy practice who are looking for a part-time Executive Assistant/Office Administrator on a permanent basis. This role will be 30 hours per week and required to be in the office.

Duties will cover a range of administration duties, including:

  • Completing letters and forms for sending to clients, alongside other organizations.
  • Maintaining client records, across all systems.
  • General receptionist duties: welcoming clients into the office, answering telephone calls, running any errands required.
  • Receive and redistribute any relevant post.
  • Taking payments over the phone and updating the relevant systems.
  • Ad hoc projects/support across the teams.

Required skills and experience:

  • Previous experience within a reception or administrator level role.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organization skills
