The Permanent Division of Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Reporting Analyst on behalf of an exciting business which is new to the UK market and will be based Central to Milton Keynes, Bedford, Northampton areas.

Role

As Reporting Analyst you will be working in a Newly Created Position and reporting to the Commercial Director for the UK to support the progression of the business and support in a new implementation of a new RFM system, support customers through their ESG agenda and be pivotal in creating new reports for internal stakeholders as well as maintaining current reports with a view of automation. Day to day duties will consist of:

• Support and understand the new reporting tool and analyse the best way to get information from it using Power BI, Excel, SQL, Macros etc.
• You will design and implement analytical solutions to solve complex business strategies
• You will be able to create new bespoke reports for our customers and provide these also to internal stakeholders
• You'll perform statistical analysis of data, presenting the same to various levels of the organisation
• You will identify and recommend new ways of continuous improvements by streamlining business processes
• You will promote that culture of continuous improvement through engaging colleagues at varying levels

Your Profile

You will be a strong Data/Reporting specialist who has worked across finance, commercial and operational teams and with experience of using excel to an advanced level. Experience of using other tools such as PowerPoint and access are desirable and Power BI. You will have the ability to analyse and improve data whilst being able to provide that data to stakeholders and build relationships across the business.

Salary and Benefits

Role of Reporting Analyst will be predominantly home based but you must be central to Milton Keynes, Northampton, Bedford in order to have meetings with your line manager and provide project updates in a 121 manner. There will be some travel to other sites across the UK which form part of this role. It offers a salary of 35-45K + Benefits.
