• Managing a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors.
• Leading, managing, and mentoring a high-performing team of accountants.
• Ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of audit and accounting services.
• Maintaining and building strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Implementing and maintaining the highest standards of financial control and governance.
• Working closely with partners to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
• Identifying and maximising business development opportunities.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial and statutory regulations.

Profile

For this Audit and Accounts Manager role you should have:

• A professional accountancy qualification across ACA/ACCA
• Proven experience in managing a diverse client portfolio providing audit and accounting services.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of financial control and governance principles.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.
• The ability to identify and maximise business development opportunities.
• A sound understanding of financial and statutory regulations.
