(Welder) - Position Overview

• Perform welding tasks including MIG and TIG welding techniques to fabricate, repair and modify tanker equipment.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and specifications to accurately execute welding projects.
• Inspect and assess tanker equipment for defects, damage/wear and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure timely completion of welding projects.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition and report any maintenance or repairs needs.

(Welder) - Position Requirements

• Proven experience as a Welder, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques with the ability to produce high-quality welds.
• Experience in interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in workmanship.
• Need to be able to think on your feet as days will never be the same.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical attitude.
• Welding certification or relevant vocational training is preferred but not required.

(Welder) - Position Remuneration

• Pay is £14 - £17 per hour (dependant on experience)
