We're seeking a driven individual to join our clients team as a Sales Account Manager, dedicated to delivering ethical solutions to their valued clients. As part of a dynamic team, you'll play a pivotal role in managing warm lead conversion, nurturing client relationships, and driving business growth through strategic networking and event participation.

While candidates from diverse sales or account management backgrounds are encouraged to apply, we're particularly interested in hearing from those with experience in recruiting, umbrella company sales, or similar sectors within the staffing and recruiting industry.

Responsibilities

• Create leads through attendance at industry events and conferences and networking groups
• Convert enquiries (leads) to successful business partnerships
• Understand clients challenge and business opportunities
• Work collaboratively across the business to ensure clients are supported from initial enquiry onwards
• Be an ambassador for the business creating opportunity for growth in sales
• Create and deliver a strategic plan to achieve company goals and targets
• Provide reporting and management information

Experience and Qualifications

• B2B sales/account management experience is essential
• Driven and self motivated
• Strong relationship building skills
• An interest in Finance and Technology is highly beneficial
