Role: Male Support Worker

Join our team at JLKare and Support Limited as a male support worker, providing dedicated assistance to a gentleman with autism spectrum disorder and mild learning disabilities. Located just an 18-minute bus journey from Kidderminster train station, you'll assist with daily activities, provide personal care prompts, monitor medication and finances, offer emotional support and encouragement, promote independence, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities Include:

- Assisting with daily activities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Driver with a valid driver's license (Due to specific transportation needs)

- Relevant experience in care or support work

- Understanding of autism spectrum disorder and learning disabilities

- Ability to provide compassionate and respectful care

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong organizational skills
