HR Administrator - Part Time
LinkLife are excited to be working with a fun and dynamic client who are seeking a Part Time HR Administrator on Maternity contract
Role: HR Administrator - Part time Maternity Contract
Location: Aston Clinton, Buckinghamshire
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 pro rata
Contract: Part time, 20-25 hours per week - Maternity contract
*Please note this role is candidate dependant and has the opportunity to chose your own days and hours*
Main duties of HR Administrator:
- Overseeing the HR inbox management
- Communicate any updates to all staff via email or in meetings
- Assisting in recruitment processes
- Facilitating the onboarding of new staff members
- Managing offboarding procedures for departing employees
- Providing support for internal staff relations and assisting managers in addressing disagreements, complaints, and grievances
- Maintaining an updated staff handbook and identifying necessary updates
- Administering the annual Employee Engagement Survey
- Managing records, document templates, and ensuring the accuracy of the HR system
- Maintaining the Intranet platform
- Providing support to the business for timely decision-making as an HR resource, with external support available if needed
- Assisting finance with monthly payroll scheduling by generating reports from the HR System
- Communicating deadlines to staff and managers and promoting compliance
- Performing any other duties as reasonably required
Key Essentials of HR Administrator:
- Previous HR Administrative experience
- Up to date with law knowledge
- Strong IT skills
- CIPD qualifications desirable
- Strong diary management
