A small investment client is seeking a Part Time Office Assistant to work closely with the senior EA and a large team of executives to help support their office business administration needs.
Duties include:
screening calls and directing calls effectively
assist with travel arrangements
diary management,
booking meeting rooms
typing documentation
filing and organising documents
expense management
assisting the team with administration
office facility management
organising yearly events and general adhoc administration duties.
Candidates will need to be happy in an involved part time role and will need to have 18 months support experience ideally as a team assistant or office administrator experience.
Personality of the chosen candidate will need to have excellent organisation and communication skills and the ability to juggle their workload effectively within a busy corporate office environment.
