Job Type: Part-time

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Advisor to manage our service office operations. This role involves direct interaction with customers, coordinating with technicians for the repair and maintenance of equipment, and ensuring a smooth service experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with physical tasks, including occasional heavy lifting, and possess strong administrative skills.

Day-to-day of the role:

Oversee the running of the service office and handle customer service queries efficiently.

Book equipment for service and liaise with customers and technicians to facilitate repair and maintenance.

Assist customers with the loading and unloading of equipment as needed.

Utilise Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel, for various administrative tasks.

Maintain a professional and approachable demeanour while dealing with customers and colleagues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Confidence to take initiative and work independently when required.

Attention to detail, particularly with numbers and cash handling.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, and some Excel.

Physical ability to assist with loading and unloading of equipment.
