Job Title: Part-Time Bookkeeper

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 pro rata

Contract: Permanent, Part time

Hours: 25 to 30 hours per week, flexible on days and times.

THE COMPANY
Our client are a dynamic independent Marketing Agency who work with impressive clients with huge brands both Nationally, and Globally. There is flexibility within reason to the hours worked - either across five shorter days, or three full time days a week (as an example).
 
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience within a similar role
• Experience using SAGE Line 50
• Competent with MS Excel.
• Highly organised and good attention to detail.
• AAT Qualified or qualified by experience.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing finance operations daily
• Handling accounts payable: inputting invoices, ensuring timely payments
• Overseeing accounts receivable: invoicing, recording receipts, credit control
• Conducting monthly sales forecasting
• Maintaining cash flow
• Managing expenses and bank reconciliations
• Liaising with the bank and overseeing payroll
• Assisting with HR tasks and supplier contracts
• Managing general office duties and supplies
• Handling the telephone system
• Greeting and supporting visitors
