My client is seeking a dedicated HR Project Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for a professional who is adept at managing multiple human resources projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. The HR Project Manager will play a crucial role in driving HR initiatives that support our organisational goals.
Day-to-day of the role:
Lead HR projects, including the development and implementation of systems, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with HR and management teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
Successfully manage the relationship with all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven working experience in project management within an HR setting.
Must have solid experience at HR Advisor level an above.
Strong understanding of human resources policies, procedures, and best practices.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Solid organisational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Project Management
CIPD or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
