An established and highly successful owner managed business in Brentwood are looking for a new Part-Time Payroll Manager to run a Payroll for circa 1000 employees with the support of a team of Payroll Administrators.
Your new role
This position is to manage and be responsible for the company payroll of in excess of 1000 employees with all the necessary deductions, ensuring all right to work checks have been carried out, adhering and keeping up to date with current legislation, process the NEST pension scheme, reporting, dealing with payroll queries, year-end, working with auditors, continually looking at ways to improve processes and be more efficient, support payroll software upgrades. Manage a small team of Payroll Administrators.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a competent Payroller who has either managed a small team or solely run a large Payroll. It is part-time, over 20 hours per week and on-site daily, so someone close to Brentwood.
