Your role as a Support Worker/Teaching Assistant:

-Bring the classroom to life as you support students in their educational journey, igniting their curiosity and passion for learning.
-Work hand-in-hand with teachers to create engaging lesson plans and foster an inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported.
- Be a beacon of support for students with special educational needs, providing personalized assistance and encouragement to help them thrive.
-Lead fun and interactive group activities that spark creativity and build connections among students.
- Champion positivity and respect in the classroom, helping to create a safe and uplifting space for all.

What we're looking for:

- Energized and compassionate individuals who are ready to make a positive impact in the lives of students.
-At least 6 months experience in an educational setting or a similar role, but most importantly, we're seeking individuals with a genuine passion for supporting learners.
-Knowledge of special educational needs and a willingness to learn and grow alongside our students.
-Excellent communication skills and a knack for building meaningful relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
-Hold an enhanced DBS
