General Cleaner

Summary

Working within a bustling atmosphere as part of passionate team this role as a General Cleaner plays a core part in providing fantastic customer service.

Hours: This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. You'll work 5 hours per shift and on average you'll work between 15 - 20 hours per week, but this will be discussed further at interview stage.

The Salary: £11.50 per hour

Hardwick Hall is a busy estate to work on, and in leading a thriving facilities team, you’ll be key to delivering a safe and exceptional experience every day. Working at Hardwick Hall is fast-paced, but as part of the team you’ll enjoy flexible working conditions and significant camaraderie.  
As part of the small Facilities team, you’ll be reporting into the Facilitates Co-ordinator and Facilities Manager and working with every other team on the property to ensure that our team and visitors can safely enjoy the beautiful estate. Your typical day will be a combination of working on the presentation standards both visitors facing and back of house areas. As and when needed, you will be responsible for the changeover tasks within our holiday cottages.  What you'll be doing

As a General Cleaner, you'll go out of your way for others and you’ll help to make our property an extra special place to visit. You’ll turn your practical hand to all sorts of cleaning, ensuring all our facilities are kept in good working order. You’ll ensure the highest standards of customer service across the property by always implementing a ‘customer comes first’ attitude.
