Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Director who owns three businesses.
- Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate and organise meetings, conferences, and special events
- Assist with financial tasks such as expense tracking and invoice processing
- Conduct research and compile information as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion

Experience:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong data entry and clerical skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Experience with Xero or other accounting software is a plus
