Payroll

part time payroller to join their existing teams.

This role will be reporting into the HR Director and supporting a small team of payrollers.

The role is PART TIME two to three days a week – main working days will be Monday and Tuesday.

 The role is also offering hybrid working after completing training and onboarding with the company.  Due to the nature of the business a DBS will be required.

Main Duties

  • Assisting with end-to-end payroll processing and administration
  • Calculating and verifying employee salaries, benefits, and deductions in accordance with company policies, employment contracts and administration
  • Ensuring timely and accurate data entry payroll information, including employee details.
  • Responding promptly to employee inquiries and concerns regarding their pay.
  • Generating payroll reports
  • Assisting with payroll tax calculations, deductions and submissions ensuring compliance.
  • Participating in process improvement initiatives
  • Staying updated with the latest payroll regulations
  • Itrent systems would be advantageous however, training will be given.
