As the Financial Controller, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the organisations financial future. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll lead our financial department with authority and expertise, ensuring that we're always one step ahead in the competitive SAAS landscape.

Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Financial Controller:

  • Set up for success in the fast-paced world of SAAS.
  • Oversee all financial and accounting activities, reporting directly to the CEO.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the financial department.
  • Create insightful monthly and annual reports to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Optimize cash flow management through regular internal reviews.
  • Lead and inspire our financial team to new heights of excellence.
  • Spearhead updates and improvements to our accounting systems and processes.
  • Develop and implement FX strategies based on market analysis and predictions.
  • Craft budgets and financial plans to support company growth objectives.
  • Continuously evaluate financial plans for cost reduction opportunities.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail in financial reporting and data analysis.
  • Present financial reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members.

Skills & Qualifications required of the Financial Controller:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business or finance roles, with strong management and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.

The role is part-time position working 3 days per week working in the office 1 day per week.
