Role Overview:

They are looking for a strategic and creative thinker to lead the digital marketing team. The Head of Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across various online channels. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing techniques, strong leadership skills, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.

Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to drive performance and professional development.

Oversee all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including SE/SEAM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and digital advertising.

Analyse campaign performance and metrics to optimise strategies and achieve KPIs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance our marketing efforts.

Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to support digital marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Proven track record of success in digital marketing roles.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques and best practices, including SE/SEAM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and digital advertising.

Strong analytical skills and experience using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimise campaign performance.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve goals.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
