We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a fantastic company based in Theale. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the financial services team. The role is a part time permanent position working Monday to Friday (9am to 3pm) which need to be fully office based.
What will the role involve:
Collate data and produce monthly reports.
Liaising with external clients to ensure all documentation is completed in an efficient manner and stored accordingly.
General office support including scanning, filing, responding to email queries and answering the phone.
Ensure the internal database is maintained with accurate client records.
Person Specification
Excellent communication skills.
Efficient time management skills to meet deadlines.
Confident with IT packages including MS Outlook, Powerpoint and Word.
