Administrator

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a fantastic company based in Theale. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the financial services team. The role is a part time permanent position working Monday to Friday (9am to 3pm) which need to be fully office based. 
 
What will the role involve:

  • Collate data and produce monthly reports.
  • Liaising with external clients to ensure all documentation is completed in an efficient manner and stored accordingly.
  • General office support including scanning, filing, responding to email queries and answering the phone.
  • Ensure the internal database is maintained with accurate client records. 
Person Specification
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Efficient time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Confident with IT packages including MS Outlook, Powerpoint and Word.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
