HR Systems Specialist, Warwickshire

Full or Part Time Hours available

Salary £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (full time)

Bonus (Hybrid working)

Working within a busy HR Systems team.

You’ll be responsible for:

Playing a crucial part in our Workday HR System, ensuring the integrity of the database structure and data in the systems.

• Acting as a key part in the ongoing system development and configuration, they will support teams to ensure processes and systems are managed and updated to offer the best possible customer service across all levels of the business.
• Managing multiple projects and working to deadlines

Skills required

HR Systems configuration experience, Workday knowledge is advantageous

Analytical & problem solving abilities, great communication & stakeholder management skills

Experience of putting in place new processes or procedures to ensure continuous

Improvement

Strong all-round IT skills including database input, data manipulation and reporting analysis
