Care Assistant

Location: Newport Pagnell, MK16 9ES

Salary: £11.44 per hour (Depending on experience)

Hours: Full Time and Part Time, days, or nights (Willing to work alternate weekends)

Our clients are recruiting for Care Assistants for their small family run care home with a unique ‘home from home’ environment where they support and care for 35 elderly residents.

• Must be able to communicate sensitively with residents with dementia.

• Safeguarding knowledge is an advantage, but training will be provided.

Your role:

• Supporting residents with all aspects of personal care whilst respecting dignity and privacy.
• Maintaining appropriate records in relation to care provided.
• Encouraging independence and working to a high standard of care practice.
• Working with a person-centred approach.
• Ensuring the residents’ safety and wellbeing are paramount.
