KCR Solutions are excited to be recruiting a Finance Assistant for a successful organisation in Gosforth. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and used to working in a busy environment.
Main duties will include:
Processing and coding purchase invoices and resolving any issues
Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing accounts
Reconciling supplier statements
Processing credit card statements and expenses
Preparing weekly payment runs
Processing complex or repetitive invoices
Taking ownership of a section of the ledger and keeping up to date
Dealing with supplier queries via phone or email
Adhoc duties supporting the whole accounts function
