Bookkeeping administrator PART TIME

Your new company
An independent fresh produce wholesale company looking for a part-time job. Bookkepper due to retirement
Your new role
You will work in partnership with the owner of the business to manage the accounts function of the company.
Your duties will include the below:
Accounting - all manually entered in account books
* Cash Book
* Purchase Day Book
* Purchase Ledger
* Sales Day Book
* Petty Cash Book
* Bank Reconciliation
* Manually processing Purchase Invoices
* Typing Sales Invoices
* Preparation of weekly payments

General Administration
* Emailing orders to suppliers
* Emails to suppliers/clients
* Filing

Required Skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel to perform required tasks
* Good attention to detail
* Methodical approach

What you'll need to succeed
You must be confident to work on your own, confident on your own abilities.
What you'll get in return
Salary: £17.00/hour - paid monthly
Part time: 9.15am - 1.15pm.
Monday - Friday
Annual leave: 20 days per annum
