The Payroll Assistant will be responsible for assisting with payroll processing, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to the HR department. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll for employees.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain payroll records and documentation.
  • Address employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
  • Assist with timekeeping, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure payroll-related tasks are completed efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in payroll administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
