Registered Nurse (Part-time - 20-24 hours per week) up to £38,000 pro rata

Inspected and rated as "Good" by the CQC, they are determined to elevate their standards even further in the next inspection. With continuous organic growth, they are looking to welcome a Registered Nurse to their office team in Crawley.

This role is perfect for a qualified nurse with experience in Learning Disabilities and/or Complex Care in a community setting. As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Building long term relationships and spending quality time with clients (this is what makes working for us special)
  • Support the leadership team in safe medication practice.
  • Provide training on clinical needs such as PEG, Buccal medication, suction and more
  • Collaborate with Management, Case Managers, Psychologists, OTs, and other healthcare professionals in person centred care planning.
  • Support the management team providing a safe, effective, caring and responsive service.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with behaviours that challenge.

In return you will receive an annual salary of up to £38,000 (pro-rata) plus benefits.
