Reed Finance is excited to offer this opportunity for a fully qualified accountant to join a team that is making a significant impact in the local community. Offered on either a full-time or part-time basis, this role involves working closely with senior management and leading the day-to-day finance function, while also providing strategic and commercial input to the Managing Director and Operations Director.

• Conduct monthly financial monitoring of the business, reporting spend variances to budget with associated commentary.
• Ensure the Company’s financial position is closely monitored and reported, highlighting any risks or opportunities.
• Maintain and update the annual financial business plan to reflect new opportunities or potential risks.
• Oversee and coordinate the production of the annual accounts.
• Lead on the financial modelling of further business opportunities and re-shape existing service provision as required.
• Support the creation of any subsidiary companies, ensuring proper practice is adhered to and oversee subsidiary accounts.
• Oversee the external audit process.

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Previous experience working within a Public Sector or commercial environment
• Experience working in a commercial finance position with exposure to senior management.
• Proven ability to build relationships internally and externally across departments.
