Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator to join our team based outside of Horsham. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our financial planning operations, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to financial planners, including preparing client documentation, processing transactions, and maintaining client records.
  • Assist with client communication, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with product providers and third-party suppliers to obtain information and documentation as required.
  • Submitting new business applications
  • Help to prepare financial reports, presentations, and proposals for clients.
  • Support compliance processes by ensuring all documentation and procedures adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of administrative processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes to maintain knowledge and skills relevant to the role.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working within a financial planning firm.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately.
  • Relevant qualifications or willingness to pursue further professional development (e.g., Diploma in Financial Planning) would be advantageous.
