Our client is looking for agents within the Yorkshire area only and is looking for people with a proven track record in building your sales pipeline and delivering excellent customer service.
The responsibilities for the Letting Agent Role include:
Advising clients in all aspects of lettings including tenant sourcing, rent collection and property management, selling, buying and investments.
Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants.
Advising property owners and tenants about the letting process, tenancy agreements and rents.
Setting up viewings and showing tenants around rental properties.
Preparing tenancy agreements and processing deposit protection.
Screening tenants to ensure only reliable and responsible individuals rent properties.
Verifying tenant references, serving termination notices and supervising evictions.
Ensuring letting agreements meet legal and regulatory requirements of the property market.
For the Letting Agent role you will need:
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Competent IT skills.
You will need hunger, determination and be self-motivated.
Be a self-starter.
Previous estate agency experience would be a distinct advantage.
You must have excellent organisational and negotiation skills.
