This is an opportunity to be based within a team that are working towards making a difference!

Due to growth, our client is looking for a new part time Accounts Assistant to join their team, to work closely with the Finance Manager. You will be responsible for the accounts payable function, end to end, so experience in this area is crucial.

It is vital that you will have some flexibility and will be able to work your hours across 5 working days.

How you’ll spend your time:

• End to end Accounts Payable
• Post invoices using Xero
• Processing payments and completing daily bank reconciliations.
• Matching Purchase orders to Purchase invoices.
• Resolving any supplier queries/set-ups.
• Assist finance manager with month end duties
• Dealing with finance related requests from other team members and looking after the expenses system for all the internal teams.
• Admin support to the operations team

• You have worked in an invoice processing role previously
• You are meticulous, accurate and are a self-starter!
