We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our flexible team and support the educational journey of our students.

Position Details:

• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Working Hours: 8:45 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.
• Contract Basis

Key Responsibilities:

1. Utilize specialist skills, training, and experience to support pupils in their learning journey.
2. Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of students.
3. Foster productive working relationships with pupils, serving as a positive role model and setting high expectations for achievement.
4. Actively promote the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils within the classroom environment.
5. Provide consistent support to pupils, recognizing and responding to their individual needs effectively.
6. Encouragecooperative interaction among pupils and engage them in cooperative learning activities.
7. Promote independence among pupils and employ strategies to recognize and reward self-reliance.
8. Provide constructive feedback to pupils regarding their progress and achievements.
