Job Title: Sales Manager Location: Maidstone, Kent (travel between 2 Kent offices) Hybrid working available. Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum (£150k realistic OTE) Overview: As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading the sales for a high growth tech company, developing strategic sales plans, and driving business growth. Your leadership will ensure that the company meets its revenue targets and expands its customer base in the competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
Partake in social media efforts to grow digital presence.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar senior sales role.
Experience in IT, MSP or related technology fields.
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
BA/BS degree or equivalent.
